After a career in graphic arts I decided to study at The Atelier of Fine Art in Minneapolis to understand the methods and techniques of the old masters. I spent 5 years in the full time program.
As I progressed in my training, I found a love of still life. I enjoy the challenge of seeking out interesting objects and the challenge of composition and lighting.
My goal is to create a painting that invites the viewer to be inspired and enjoy.
