As the world continues to twist and turn in directions we once thought inconceivable, and time continues to weirdly writhe in and out of its usual continuum, there has never been a more exciting time to view and create art than the Twenties thus far. Touched by the motivation of each other (as well as an effective means to shut out the lunacy of the outside world) many artists have relearned why they do what they do and have either forged paths in new directions or have simply increased their output to levels bordering copious. Either way, the newness of all this work is screaming out to be looked at with an urgency never felt before. An urgency that tells us: now more than ever, art matters.
