Through sheer curiosity I took a class in Silversmithing at the Arts Center in Carborro, North Carolina and fell in love with the processes. After our move back to Minnesota I spent some time learning with Artist Kirk Sklar in North Minneapolis. Since then I am pretty much self-taught through lots of trial and error. I have been working with Argentium Silver for twelve years now and am starting to incorporate 14k gold into some of my pieces. While COVID 19 shutdown several of my retail outlets I currently show my work at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts and I do Fine Art Fairs throughout the year.
