“I create something I think is beautiful.” says Eggan, taking her inspiration from the natural wonders at the edge of the big woods near Minneapolis. She understands what is at the heart of the imagination and sets out to capture what she sees in her ‘mind’s eye’ as eloquently as possible in the brief moment that it appears.
She illustrates, paints and designs calling her work contemporary and expressionist. She points out that the most important aspect of her work is getting to the essence of something through creativity, character and the basic elements of good art and design.
